I'm tired of people taking this as an attack on their integrity. I'm not the enemy, that's the system protecting itself. *Sigh*

It causes resentment to build too. People hate being reminded they are being exclusionary. It causes cognitive dissonance and the easiest way for them to deal with that is to get rid of the cause of it. I've been disciplined, fired, banned from an event. Complain too much + you get cut out.
