I have been playing an absurd amount of hours in Caves of Qud so I wanted to draw and edit something again and this is basically the entire esper experience. Good game 10/10

Oh my god, BoC releasing a new song wasn't on my list of things to expect, but I'm genuinely so overwhelmed by it happening. I clicked their video expecting it to be another teaser and was hit with the realization that it was a new original piece a couple seconds in.

Feel like I'm about 90% of the way finished with this game, so I estimate I've got about 90% to actually go given how my sense of "doneness" usually works. But damn, every night feels like I'm closer to the point where the only thing left is art assets and writing. Kind of exciting.

Devs who feel like NPC dialogue is non-important have a bare contempt for the game they're making and the industry they're in. This is not up for debate. People remember games for their character, and skimping on dialogue means you have no character in your games.

Worked out how to link custom entities and stuff between godot and trenchbroom. Hopefully should be able to avoid doing anything in godot's editor beyond light adjustments (They're set up in trenchbroom but there's no lighting in tb, so I figure I'll just. Copy the numbers over from godot.)
