The one thing that sticks out from everything I heard in court yesterday. Is how incredibly lucky I really was. So many people came forward. The guy I remember holding my hand when I woke up. He was the one to ID the driver. Because he saw him driving erratically and decided to follow him.

I can share that the part of the sentencing that has been confirmed is; Causing serious injury by dangerous driving. Culpability category A, Harm category B.

Okay heading to the Crown Court. Let's do this. If people are interested, I'll share the outcome here. For newbies who are like, wtf are you on about. This is the sentencing hearing against the guy who nearly killed me last year.
