If there is any takeaway thoughts moving forward, it's that I hope we see more zones like Voidstorm and Zul'Aman. WoW deserves zones where all of its quests are built around a core thematic concept, and not just random fluff that could take place anywhere.

Now that we've seen base Midnight fully, I have a maybe controversial retrospective take: I think the Horde-only section of Silvermoon was a huge mistake. All it really accomplished was turning the iconic TBC version of the city into an absolute dead-zone, and it's such a shame.

Cata/MoP had an interesting idea of the younger orc generation turning away from Thrall's teachings, and even blaming him for their situation in Durotar. I really wish we'd gotten some follow-up, because the generational gap is genuinely the most interesting part of orc story.

Man, Vol'jin. He really was just a generational character for WoW during MoP, and I don't think the game has ever nailed the role of a leading protagonist since then the way they did with him.
