Worth a read. I was once asked to be a demo subject sitting in on a session of a hypnotherapy course for a friend in hypnotherapy training. The session covered using hypnosis for IFS/"Parts Work". It, at the time, seemed to me a wooey unscientific and potentially dangerous method.

Consent can be as easy as asking "hey, do you want this?" "is this okay?" I think it's even better to blueprint and plan in detail But it isn't hard. Consent is as easy as "Do you want to do this now?" and only doing it when you get a yes. it's not hard
