When I was divesting away from Microsoft stuff, I also decided to divest from Google stuff as well, and I guess that was a good call. Although on the mobile front, moving from Google to Apple wasn't necessarily an improvement, more like a sidegrade. I'm keeping an eye on this GrapheneOS thing.

I get Europeans and Canadians and whoever else in that sphere getting annoyed about hearing very US-centric shit all the time, but I'll often hear about how the US is a very uniquely xenophobic place, as if the US spawned out of the aether and not a legacy feature from European colonization.
