Very true 👍 Acts of Union are domestic law. International law does not obligate Scotland to remain in the UK if it democratically chooses independence. The principle of self-determination under international law supports the right to choose independence through a referendum/democratic process.

I don't think it matters if you are for or against the topic, if a majority of people are wanting a second vote then it seems rather undemocratic to deny them that right while also still saying that the UK is a voluntary union.
