Staring at 50 and trying to take better care of myself. Started new meds, eating healthier, drinking less. Diabetes is in remission (A1C @ 5.5) and doc said I can stop taking some meds. Just opened a box of clothes from my school years and most of it fits for the first time in 25+ years. Wild.
