There is no other way to construe Canadian public policy and discourse than to say that they are fundamentally racist against Palestinians in that Palestinian life does not even enter into conversations about safety and harm. This is the essence of dehumanization.

Canada already has laws that address harassment, intimidation, discrimination, and violence against minorities. The state is actively seeking to expand its powers to silence those speaking out about presently-occurring GENOCIDE, based on the IHRA definition of antisemitism which shields Israel.

Personally, I find it rather offensive that a state claims to be committing genocide in the name of all living Jews and in the memory of of our murdered ancestors. I would think others concerned about antisemitism would also find that rather objectionable. And yet.

While Israel ethnically cleanses millions of people (over 6 million across Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran), the West is closing its borders to refugees.
