to our local Women’s March. I couldn’t go but my husband was & wanted folks to walk with. None of them were going but some reached out to him directly to thank him for going. Every interaction with these women gives me hope and gives me life. Best of all, most of they are younger than me.

Let's get a hope thread going. What is giving you hope today. For me, it's the amount of people I see who behave as if they are driven not by greed or selfishness but instead by compassion and empathy for other human beings.

My faith keeps waffling with this week's events, like, number one, how can a compassionate God allow this cruelty to take hold; but on the other, the level of human ignorance and greed to put a man like this in power, is literally on a Satanic level... Salvation will come!
