Very happy to see this out. It was a pleasure to work with the students at the ILP Lab under the supervision of @jpquintais.bsky.social. This is a much understudied aspect of mass digitization of public domain works in the age of AI, and I look forward to follow-up conversations based on this.

Continue to be puzzled by US anti trust cases. How on earth does it make sense to impose compliance obligations like these on a single entity? Even if they are dominant in search, it seems to me this should be general policy and not a ruling just aimed at Google...
