I've discovered my superpower: I crocheted a nearly 3000 stitch chain for a lace pattern....and counted it perfectly. With no stitch markers. The only thing that keeps me from ascending to godhood is the fact that I will still miscount a chain in the 30-100 stitch range Every Time.

For the remainder of the year, I will be sending 100% of received personal commission funds to PIRC (Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition). This is not a decision made lightly, as I live paycheck to paycheck from my dayjob, but a min. sacrifice on my part nonetheless. u can read about them here:
