The novel ending was more satisfactory. But the thing that stuck out the most was Wu Xi's analysis of wkx: that even in zzs's prime, he'd be wkx's equal, but he wouldn't win. Because wkx's skills were forged in life and death situations, which makes his the deadliest martial art. Fascinating. 😈
