Thinking about this again. One day LWJ can’t post his regularly scheduled video, just a brief message that he’s sorry for the wait and he’ll have a new video up in two weeks. WWX and A-Yuan, deprived of a new LWJ creation to replicate, have no choice but to go rogue and create something original.

I’m sad I moved out of NYC before this election. This would have been an exciting one to vote in.

WWX has been in a long distance relationship for almost 2 years when he starts to suspect that his boyfriend, Wen Xu, might be cheating on him. When he manages to track down the other man, he’s not prepared to learn that HE’S the other man actually, and this guy (LWJ) is Wen Xu’s husband of 3 years.

I just have one more scene to write in the first chapter of my fairy tale fic! I really want to knock it out this weekend, but I am doubtful about my motivation.

Transmigration AU where WWX wakes up as the YLLZ, the villain of his favorite xianxia series, on the eve of his political marriage to hero HGJ. In the series, the YLLZ’s fate is to die by HGJ’s hand. To survive, all WWX has to do is win over his new husband, who already despises him.

Miniature artist LWJ posts videos of his process creating incredibly detailed miniatures. WWX and A-Yuan watch his videos religiously and try to recreate his projects, and WWX always posts their hilariously disastrous results in LWJ’s comments.

Around their campfire on night hunts, the juniors compete to tell the scariest stories. LJY is too big a chicken to come up with good stories, and OZZ’s scary stories somehow always morph into tragic romances by the end.

I finally replaced my seven-year-old phone, but I wasn’t ready to move on from my Jiang sect phone case, so I bought the same case for my new phone. The amount the old case has faded in the five-ish years since I got it is wild.

The Sims really had me believing there’d be self-cleaning laser showers in my future, but instead the big cleaning product companies still haven’t even mastered spray bottle technology, so I’m out here trying to clean my tub with a bottle that breaks after a single use 🫠

Married wangxian's biggest (and ongoing) fight is that whenever they have a project to do around the house, LWJ wants to hire a skilled professional and WWX wants to DIY it.

It’s finally time for the carpet to go!

I have more thoughts about this AU. CSSR and WCZ have been posting their van life videos for WWX’s entire life, but they’ve always been very careful about keeping him out of their videos.

When LWJ is kidnapped by demonic cultivators dressed in robes styled after the YLLZ, LXC gathers a force and leads them to Yiling to rescue his brother. He’s prepared to lay siege to the Burial Mounds if he must, but he fears what consequence that would have for LWJ.

Today feels like a good day to start cross-posting my kidnapped LWJ threadfic.

Okay, I feel like the plan is going to be that I’ll alternate updates to my single dadxian threadfic with crossposting (and then eventually updating) the kidnapped LWJ thread. WQ lives will still be coming once at least one of those threads is finished!

I just watched KPDH with Stormy, and naturally we were talking the whole time about how wangxianable it is. But I didn’t realize until we finished the movie that they were thinking of Huntrix as the Yunmeng trio, and Jinu as LWJ. And now I want to read both versions of this AU.

I’m over here contemplating how I wrote a choose your own adventure with a bunch of sweet, fluffy, rom-com endings, and then one completely off-the-rails action movie ending. A hilarious and delightful choice, if I do say so myself.
