People wondered how Elon Musk knew Trump was in the Epstein files, and it turns out it’s because his creepy ass was all over the files too. A pair of weirdos and crooks just hanging out with the world’s most famous pedophile. Gross.

Usually don’t like new movies using legacy name (Road House, Red Dawn etc). But new Running Man is very good and apparently more in line with the book.

This is why “blue wave “ might be diluted since enough Dems are GOP Light (Which depresses Dem turnout). they’re the only party we have leverage with but Jeffries / Schumer etc are way to comfortable with horrible GOP policies.

Exactly right. Bovino's leaving? Great, get Noem to resign. Noem resigns? Great, defund and dismantle ICE. Go after Stephen Miller too. Bring charges against ICE thugs at the state and local level. Lawsuits. New state laws restricting them. Every possible angle.

When this current crisis is over, Minnesota and Minneapolis need to deal with the next looming crisis, which is how are they going to have enough houses for all the people like me who want to live there now.

Abolish ICE is not enough. Stern words for Greg Bovino or Kristi Noem is not enough. We need prosecutions and trials. Anything short of this position fails to address the gravity of this moment.

We’ve seen this act before. The Democratic Party needs new leadership. Jeffries and Schumer are not up to the challenge. They’re too afraid, bought, weak, whatever. It doesn’t matter why at this point. It just matters that they aren’t the people for this moment and need to get out of the way.

Even after Trump is gone, the world will remember that he threatened to forcibly seize the territory of a peaceful democratic ally, and our institutions failed to immediately remove him. That makes US dangerously unreliable, not just one senile gangster.

So tired of having to bully and drag congressional Democrats into doing the right thing. None of them do it enthusiastically. Very few are leaders. Most are corrupt and happy with the current system that made them senators and representatives in the first place. It's exhausting.

Hard to miss getting the tying Td when you’re 1st and goal from 5 yard line. Has been an issue all season. Tough loss if it ends 17-10 but Bears played well against a better team.

Rams probably win tomorrow. But case for Bears: at home + cold weather. Rams mid on the road, Panthers almost beat them. Bears 8x 4th Q comebacks this season. McVay taking tips from GB coach who has lost 60% of games against Caleb Williams. Bears defense due for generating turnovers.

This is what criminals & soon-to-be-sanctioned dictators do: set up a cozy personal nest egg in a country that won't extradite them & has no agreements that would compel them to enforce other countries' sanctions. That's why sanctioned Russian oligarchs made a beeline for the UAE in 2022.

This is why Democrats simply cannot work with Republicans in Congress on appropriations or anything else in good faith. Trump will illegally seize money appropriated to Democratic states, refuse them disaster aid, threaten them with Fed invasion, threaten their governors, etc.

Wow. I understand it but also be careful what you wish for. No losing seasons for almost 20 years is outside of Bears fans experience. i think I would have been ok with that + 2x SB appearances even with the recent playoff failures.

Didn’t think it was so difficult to build a stadium. But NW Indiana isn’t exactly “leaving Chicago.” Even Valparaiso is considered a suburb so a few miles over the state line is practically IL. If IN wants socialism for billionaires let them do it.

the Cubs signed an A list free agent which is being overshadowed by Bears win. Bregman fills a much needed spot and should make a major impact (just like Tucker did before injury). So Cubs should be in post season conversation too.
