Really transfixed by the work of Daniel Hansen, a Swedish artist and art director who's worked on everything from Bollywood films to Themepark design, and has only in the past few years been cartooning while in China. Just magnificent Black & White comics--from his ALVA series.

Some single pages over the Double-Page Spreads. Really love how his clean his line-work is, and just how much he understands lighting and lets the contrasts of B/W really heighten what he's trying to do. Strong storytelling, and the lettering is also wonderfully loose/appropriate here. Slick stuff
