Colorways are out for the Blue Wrapper. Starting thing off with six additional colors; green, yellow, orange, red, purple, and lavender. Depending on feedback I might shift some hues around to be more accessible/more visually pleasing.

Hey all, here’s an update on rooms: I merged it with a closed feature flag for the time being. The biggest reason for doing this is so you’re able to change your message privacy settings in prod.

Rooms support for the Blue Wrapper is coming along, here’s what I’m thinking it’ll look like:

Pretty simple update to the notifications page. Not the cleanest at the moment, though still allows you to set your "seenAt" datetime. Happy to finally get this in here.

Made a decision

The native ATP view is going by surprisingly smoothly. Obv some items (like media) are going to be a little less visible in this view but it doesn't require an AppView to render.

The composer is still in very early works, though some of the core stuff is in there. Will probably tackle design once rest of base-line features are done.

Got those tasty embeds working now on staging. Had to cut off the insane record recursion because it wouldn’t look right once you exceeded one. Should hopefully make the wrapper less likely to explode now.

Quick update on the Blue Wrapper: It will recognize the “no-visibility” ruling on profiles and prevent them from being seen.

Blue Wrapper now supports image viewing without being logged in. Better late than never.

Quick update on the Blue Wrapper: Reworked the branding to help it align a little more with the interface and such. This new one has been pushed to main, for the time being. Might change it back depending on what people think though.

After a brief moment where this profile was not available because Bluesky changed the domain verification process, it is officially back. For some reason it was perfectly accessible through non-authenticated records, just not on authenticated ones.

When logged in, the Blue Wrapper now blurs images when the "Flagged Accounts" label is toggled on. Sorry for the late delay on this push but at least it's added now.

In addition, users should now be able to generate their own data cache from atp tooling. The whole process only takes a couple minutes. https://blue.amazingca.dev/tools

I am pleased to announce that after some time, the DID cache has finally been updated. The list now contains 488723 users. For those interested in downloading the scrape of that DID information, which contains creation dates and associated handles, the 395mb file can be found in my personal repo.

Forgive me for the intrusion, but I've finally pushed reworked navigation to the Bluesky Wrapper. URL params have been dropped for a cleaner, and more user-friendly experience, with pathnames. Clicking on in-app links should now load directly without unnecessarily reloading client resources. Enjoy!
