Up at 4am to watch the cricket (😱) and spent the rest of the day ‘assisting’ herself to put up Christmas decorations. Put off going for a run until it was really dark, cold & wet 🥶 but needed to log a few more km’s for the #NaughtyNutcrackers in the @runup2christmas.bsky.social

It definitely counts. Fair play to anyone who can run that far on a treadmill. I did 5km on a hotel treadmill last week and it felt like I had been running for a month.

I only logged on to the site to see if it was happening this year & was caught off guard by the fact that registration was open and not full up. Don't know how/when I'm going to tell the wife!
