We’re investing an extra £2.5 million to put more than a thousand additional defibrillators into communities across Scotland. We will also expand CPR training in schools, increase use of the GoodSAM app and prioritise areas with the poorest health outcomes.

I know frustrating the 8am rush for a GP appointment can be. That’s why we’re opening 16 new GP walk-in clinics across Scotland, open 7 days a week, 12-8pm - and investing to recruit more doctors. I will leave no stone unturned to make sure the NHS always works for you.

Good to meet with WASPI women in Parliament today. It’s shameful that Labour promised them the compensation they’re due, but abandoned them in government. The SNP is proud to stand with WASPI women and we will keep pressing for the justice they deserve.

Glad to hear Mayor Zohran Mamdani is considering a baby box scheme in New York. The Scottish Government has sent over a Baby Box to share our experience and hopefully offer some inspiration. Since we launched it in 2017, I’m proud it’s giving every child the best start in life. 🏴

The Scottish Labour Leader blames his own campaign team for his invisible candidate. People don’t want excuses, they want to hear from those vying to be their next MSP. Sarwar doesn’t even know his own candidate’s name. Labour has given up.

Labour & Tory PFI schemes will cost Scotland £544 million in 2025/26. That’s money ripped from public services to line private pockets - pushing up Council Tax across the country. We scrapped PFI. Labour want to bring it back. Don’t let them.

Child poverty numbers in Scotland have dropped by 4% since last year - now lower than any time in the last ten years. ✂️ Westminster decisions will plunge more children into poverty, undermining our work to tackle it.

Labour’s cuts will plunge a further 250,000 children, disabled folk & vulnerable people into poverty. Labour has not only slashed the social security safety net, they have also set it on fire for good measure. Red or blue, Westminster never changes, poor folk always suffer.
