Is anyone here working on a Design System that follows a federated governance model at scale that is working? Keen to hear stories.

This completely aligns with what we’ve experienced with a certain part of Encore. One part of the system is almost entirely federated and it’s spiralled completely out of control. Duplication is rife, little alignment between design and code, so much inconsistency. Centralised governance required.
