Here's hoping for more sylvari hairstyles with long hair someday, my plant lady needs a makeover.

As far as games go of late it's been Enshrouded and GW2 mainly. The first is a fun fantasy exploring crafting game I play with friends. The second an MMO I mainly play by myself. Each is their own kind of fun.

Weirdly deep for a series about monstrous fae things but it entertains me to write.

I am thinking of giving each of her stories a theme rather than for her specifically, perhaps an emotion and a lesson around it for each story.

The next character is complicated, boiling her down to a single theme is tougher. This is a character who has lost sections of her own past and has to grapple with this while filling a hole in a community left by someone else. Lots of imposter syndrome.

Of course while fantasy adventure had it's part there was also romance, drama, and some very mild smut. I had her and her people in general be bi, as I liked the idea of a world where nobody cares if one likes guys or girls. I also normalized polycules in the culture.

The main character for the first set of stories had the theme of loss. Her personal parts of the plot largely revolved around dealing with complicated feelings of survivors guilt, overcoming them and sometimes backsliding amidst a background of high fantasy.

One of the things I am thinking about is character themes, trying to boil a character's motivations down to a single word.

Promised myself that I would write some, since I am on vacation for a bit. Hopefully I can pry myself off of games long enough to make progress.
