purple. drew this one and then like two days later interviewed someone that had the exact same hair.

space grrl inked this one on 11x17 copy paper while visiting a friend and chatting.

some sloppy ink sketching. done in CSP with a flat ink brush

sketching and coloring in corel painter. messed with the sponge brushes. the glaze one is really neat.

I did a digital rough of this one, then printed it to the board in non photo blue and sketched and inked over it. Did this one at a Con table, so I stuck to a trusty Micron, as I had to keep setting it down.

Cover for my comics trade paper back. this was a high tier reward for the kickstarter as were a bunch of the interior pages. inked with multi liners and some white out.

some more traditional in real life drawing. Lead character from my comic book on 11x17 canson comic paper. this one done with my trusty Pilot drafting wood mechanical pencil and is sitting on my light table ready , acme animation plexiglass drawing board.

inking traditionally, speedball superblack , GPen nib in a tachikawa nib holder. I have less control over a dip pen, but get a lot more happy accidents. Kind of have to go with the flow of it. this is on 11x17 canson comic paper.

sat across from a table at a con that sold corsets and spent the weekend watching people try them on. The look of joy on each persons face as they spun around and looked in the mirror was amazing.

Gals with thick eyebrows are fun to draw. Trying to do more 3 value sketches. So easy to get lost in so blending of multiple values and lose the shape or worse imply wrong shapes.

some sloppy color on a sketch. liked that trend 15 years ago when you would get leather sleeves on women's jackets with like wool centers. I had a couple rats for 4 years. Never took them out to places, but they hung on me while I drew.

love the look of old gear, and was on a throat mic kick. added headphones for elf ears.

Did this one in painter, and then post effects in photoshop. linear light for some of the glow, copy of the image with a threshold run on it and set to a multiply with only half opacity. etc

spent to much time on etsy looking at outfits. painted this in photoshop and went more gray then I normally go.
