Unclear scope in a contract can get you sideways quick. Especially when you’re vendor side (where an unclear scope may capture more work than you anticipated/priced) BuT tHeY uNdeRsToOd WhAt I mEaNt Maybe. Doesn’t matter when you’re fighting over whether “paint house” includes the shed out back

Scope creep can be catastrophic for vendor-side. I’ve seen tech defects balloon into nearly the size of the original project because vendor promised to remedy.
