Addendum to the NEXXT 3.7 release Despite testing, some bugs were discovered after while recording new tutorials. Here's some things to avoid 'til i release a patch: -Don't delete sprites -Don't paste sprites both may create difficult to deal with behaviour. +3 minor bugs. Halfway through fixing

I just released NEXXT studio 3.6.4 (the tool i make most of my NES assets in). frankengraphics.itch.io/nexxt This minor update's most important improvement is that 'metatiles' auto-repair themselves when you swap tiles around, saving a lot of time and hassle. Plus a good handful fixes and polish

Cursed console idea: About 2nd or 3rd gen-equivalent BUT the on-off switch is a potentiometer also controlling the CPU clock speed. On-off is an 8th turn snap. Then you'll have to dial the ideal mhz speed for bug free play. The temptation to trim it to avoid slowdown frames is always there.

4. Your guilty pleasure game All games are a guilty pleasure because of my schedule, but lately I find myself playing a lot of Project Blue, especially when I need inspiration. It’s hard, but the art is incredible, and not just by NES standards. @frankengraphics.bsky.social crushed it!
