Living with Windows has always been a calculus of how useful it is professionally vs. the amount of unbearable shit you gotta disable with a script and I think we reached a tipping point where it’s majority unbearable shit.

I think the way for artists to combat ai slop in 2026 is to lean hard into showing process & WIP. No ai user is going to generate days or weeks of work in progress images & post them because they want to entirely slip the work part. Embrace the process & let everyone see it.
