Yeah, I grew up on early 2000s action films. How can you tell?

The Mandalorian & Grogu looks no different from it's TV counterpart, and I don't mean the first season that was very cinematic. No, it looks way more like Ahsoka. With that said, I'm sure it will be a fun watch, But maybe it could've been a Star Wars Special instead.

The Meta Neural Band is far more interesting than the glasses themself to me. The band is for sure super exciting for lots of things. I've been following this tech for years. Originally I followed Thalmic Labs' Myo armbands, and then they got bought by CTRL Labs who then were bought by Meta. 😅

I think the big thing I want private data on atproto for is music. I think the best music player/social experience/marketplace ever could be made on here. Bandcamp without the looming fear of who might buy it. True ownership of the songs as they sit in your private data.

it's rather unfortunate Jay's transparency will never answer most criticism thrown at Bluesky since they all amount to "we don't want decentralization, we want centralization with a CEO who does everything we like" which is impossible in today's political climate from the perspective of a US startup

I really like that @leaflet.pub is making where many people feel comfortable posting semi-long to full on blog posts. And it feels more comfy because its data you own. But I've been using it in an RSS reader (as God intended) but I've noticed it doesn't seem to give pubs a custom favicon.
