UPFs are *designed* to be overeaten. They tend to be crappy, with few nutrients & high calorie-density.
So we overeat them! And they're not healthful!
But there are plenty of non-UPFs like that too.
Also a few UPFs that are good.
We know crap food when we see it, and UPF is just a distraction.
