Interesting that OpenAI's GPT-4 Technical Report (arxiv.org/abs/2303.08774) does not seem to be indexed on Google Scholar. I searched in different constellations and it doesn't show up as a primary text, whereas arXiv entries are normally well indexed. Anyone knows more?
