It's been a hard day. 4 months ago, I took my FIL's ancient cat with cancer to the vet to say goodbye. Adopted another cat, a real character! We all fell in love. He was diagnosed with advanced bone cancer 3 1/2 wks ago. So today I stood at the vet with another beloved cat in my arms. Sobbing.
