Hello from the Harbord bike lanes this morning. Anyone from U of T, lower annex, to Dufferin Grove getting delivery have humans negotiating this. As @brooklynspoke.bsky.social said, some behaviour is annoying but they aren’t the enemy & we should push back on the villainizing.

At the War On Cars show last night, @shawnmicallef.bsky.social said that bike delivery riders have brought a critical mass of cyclists to Toronto. It's true: they are the ones out there navigating the roads year-round, in all weather. They are cyclists and they deserve support and safety.

Big day in court. Cycle Toronto v. Ontario appeal hearing today. Got to chat with CBC about defending our Charter rights and importance of evidence-based decision making. TL;DR: You're not stuck in traffic because of bike lanes and despite the premier's bluster the Ontario government knows it too.
