Last night's adventure in Buffalo chicken patty melts was roundly deemed a success! I mixed blue cheese and Frank's RedHot sauce directly into the ground chicken, then doused the cooked patties with more. Plus more blue cheese for melting, and fried onions, as is required of the patty melt œuvre.

Warm day, so I was pretty happy this refreshing red cabbage and green bean slaw was on the menu plan for today! It has a peanut vinaigrette with a hint of Sriracha heat, pleasantly tangy from rice vinegar, salt from a light soy sauce, and a little sweetness from honey. 🍽️🥗🍜
