If you've been watching my work for a bit, you'll know I did an early-days AP of this a year or so ago! The characters this game invited us to create were so strong, I still see them pop up in my friends' imaginations every once in a while. 7pp is a beautiful, expansive, painful wizard gender game.

fujoshi are a sign of fertile soil, like a parasol mushroom in your potting soil. when you see them, even where you may not expect one, you should be grateful for their presence. it is a fortuitous sign of growth to come, and an inspiring reminder of their resilience and adaptability.

Sometimes you have periods of time where the ideas just aren’t coming to you for certain new projects/books/stories/art, and it’s okay to regroup and let your creative writing brain lie fallow for a bit. If it’s a good enough process for crops, then it’s good enough for your creative work.

Roc’s Roost, a cozy inn on a cliff by the sea, is named for the king of birds who flies over the surrounding hills and waves. If you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of him during your stay. This one was a very quick sketch this morning — hopefully I can revisit it sometime!
