I left (grad school in Canada) and am very homesick. I don’t miss “America” but I love NYC and it’s basically the only place I ever saw myself living. I’m lucky that I’ve had such a smooth exit and I hope that I’ll be able to help others leave if they need to but MAN it’s stressful.
