I feel hopeless and alone. Passed over and forgotten. Nothing will ever change for me. The entire world is oblivious or hostile to my existence. And there's been so much fraud and scamming no one trusts anyone. Much less trusts me. I wish every day my kidneys would kill me at last. I'm just tired.
