So for example “Sharpe’s Eldritch Exchange” that I ran @the-kraken.bsky.social a couple of years back is 6 pages including flow chart for the various scenes/locations, plus handouts. If it’s a published scenario I just have a hand drawn locations and clues mind map.

In retooling my larval system from 2009, I surprised myself by generating new rules for initiative, "flanking" (ganging up), and opportunity attacks. Can't wait to show it off at @the-kraken.bsky.social. Here's the campaign's one-pager. ¡Viva la one-pager! 6/6

...but the wizard magic-missiled it through a window. The paladins succumbed to a fireball. In Mighty Ones, a fireball hits more targets the later in the battle it's cast. This defensive position worked to the party's advantage, since two characters were ranged attackers (archer & wizard). 4/n

Then came paladins & a wizard loyal to the evil vizier, with an angel, a demon, and a ghost. The angel was set up to take damage dealt to the wizard, but the wizard was already dead by the time the angel manifested. The ghost entered the shrine to quench the eternal flame, ... 3/n
