After 3 days of a non-fiber diet (very difficult for me) and no food for 24 hours, I came back from my colonoscopy this morning. Nothing to report. As a bonus: boy, was my regular breakfast delicious! YUM!

I can't top this. It's perfect advice. Best thing I ever did in my life was declare war on added sugar, starting age 32, just as I was starting to put on weight. About 5 years later, I have completely eliminated food with added sugar from my diet, lost 15-20 pounds and never gained it back.
