👑 50 minutes 👑 .. same or slower speed. Total time on treadmill this week somewhere between 3.5 hours (i did not do any walking monday, ifyfy) Averaged roughly 1.1 miles per day Next week aiming for 1.3 miles per day.

🥚🥚Egg check 🥚🥚 ..8 big ol hard boiled eggs marinating in soy sauce, gochujang and garlic and ginger paste.... Just had one only 5 hours into the marinade and it was excellent. I think im adding this to a weekly roster
