2+ miles this morning on the treadmill! Scales put me at flickering between 326 and 325 which is great, it means i've gotten past my 328 wall i had for a week or so!

I'm on route 4 and so far the chase falling over tech actually has evolved................. Route 4) Chase..... has not fallen over even one time. Not unless falling onto beds counts which it doesn't. I'm only halfway through but i respect this bold new direction, the writers switching it up.

my final thought on the TJ run is that im glad the authors distain for chase finally equaled mine
