What started as an idea for a quick trip to a 6th store to find a tofurky ham has turned into a hour+ so far journey to Ballard thanks to D Line busses backed up by the evening commute and now a slow roll down Nickerson as we reroute thanks to something being wrong with the Ballard Bridge.

Fellow Seattle vegetarians! Has anyone seen the tofurkry Ham roast on sale? They were abundant around town last year but I've been to four stores so far and not a fake ham in sight.

It's too obvious but I should say STAR WARS. Those movies created a world young Jen could escape to when things weren't great and still serves as a way to connect with people.

I hate hate hate that articles like this frame the fact that Wilson doesn't own a car and is a renter like it's a bad thing. It's ridiculous but also enforces the notion that such people aren't qualified to lead our city.

I spent time in an urgent care waiting room today (I am fine) and the playlist included some Halloween favorites. While I did enjoy "Time Warp," I think the original HALLOWEEN theme was a bit too much for a medical setting.

i believe there are about a hundred and fifty million people like me who would pay $17 to watch benicio del toro as sergio st. carlos plan and execute a tight sunday costco run before he has to man the barbecue after his niece's afternoon soccer game (run time: 2 hours 20 minutes)
