Just heard from Roger Lewis that his book on Charles Hawtrey - 'The Man Who Was Private Widdle' - will be out in a new edition soon with a preface by Stephen Fry (who?) and new afterword by Roger himself. He's also hard at work on the new book about Victoria Wood and her inspirations. Can't wait!
