Our doorbell rang at 8am today and it was our neighbor like, "Do you want this chicken?" They are vegetarian and their grocery delivery accidentally included a whole raw chicken. Anyway we ate it for dinner, free neighbor chicken, omnomnom, and now I'm making stock with it.

I just finished T Kingfisher's Swordheart and it was EXTREMELY charming. I've now read about eight of her books in the past month and I'm very happy with my choices.
