I was curious about the "Studio Topcraft became Ghibli" narrative, so I tried looking at different staff across productions. It's messy - while certain directors and key animators came back between projects, there doesn't seem to be a regular core staff credited across projects... except for two:

Rock & Rule only had two Laserdiscs. One in Japan in 1985 and another in North America in 1986. The latter uses the 1984 VHS transfer of the theatrical cut. It has by far the best light levels out of all the versions floating around on the web.
