This was my sixth year volunteering with @foodscapingutah.bsky.social 🌱🌷🍎 I’m so glad for the people I’ve met, the things I’ve learned, and the small contribution I’ve been able to make to help others grow their own veggies and help with water conservation.

The procedure went well. The doc said it was good we removed it because it had almost doubled in size just in the last month. They'll check to see if it was benign or not and go from there. Big thanks to @billthethrillslc.bsky.social for all the help

It was hard to make myself go today, but I saw a bunch of gym friends and got sweaty hugs and a good workout so I'm glad I went!

Oh hey! It's flower day at my gym! 🌷 Also...I finally bench pressed 75lbs! Had to ask for help spotting me, but one of the things I love is how kind and supportive all my gym peeps are. 💪
