11 years ago today a great trip to Lille. A bit moody at times, but with all the pubs & bars closed after the game, we found a Chinese restaurant who served us ale into the small hours as-long as we ordered a few dishes. UTFT

I'm happy with a point, the lads where knackered and that was a tough watch O'Brien scored a cracking header, lovely ball from Mykolenko Beto...well, he will want to forget this game, but Brentfords keeper was very good as well Dyche was an idiot to waste O'Briens talent

Considering the injuries, the intensity of the run, the size of the squad, the loss of so much creativity, and the palpable sense of a team running on fumes, thatβs a very decent point

TFG was near the top of the pitch-list when Moshiri first looked at selling Everton. Its takeover is viewed as something akin to a best-case scenario, safeguarding the future of the club This is a long story of struggle & survival. *Maybe* of rebirth now too

Itβs mad that Jordan Pickford still has his detractors in the pundit world. Heβs the reason weβre not in the bottom half three and the reason weβre not currently in the Championship. Consistently outstanding for years. And again today
