Finally pushed myself to finish the latest Zenless Zone Zero story. The timing of the in-game celebration mirrored the timing of Lunar New Year, which naturally led to the conclusion being filled with such optimism. It was so moving man 😭 got me out here singing, "Love will heal the world"

I really love seeing trends like, "Is [basic human behavior/analogue tech] making a comeback!?" YES! Friction is fun and is akin to critical thinking! We've traded so much for the sake of convenience.

The Marathon Server Slam has been INCREDIBLE. I was in it for the art direction and lore. I'm locking in for the gunplay which, obviously, feels reminiscent of Destiny 2.

Finally had a chance to play Arknights: Enfield and I really love how much it reminds me of Death Stranding. The UI, the post-apocalyptic-hyper-utilitarian designs are siiiick!

The bird app really revived my interest in Afropessimism wow

2026 taught me that my favorite sci-fi/fantasy trope is just worms. Destiny 2 = Worms Dune = Worms Kill 6 Billion Demons = Worms Age of Wonders 4 = Worms (okay blood maggots, but still)

Looking back, I worked on more paintings and graphics this year than 2024, but I am GREEDY and I want to finish MORE! Will I find the strength to finish everything? Should I focus on one and ditch the rest? Help!

I feel so split on all of the yearly unwrapped reports bc, on one hand, it's a beautiful way to package data visualization. Our data and collective knowledge is precious. Hopefully, people will realize that! On the other hand, it can feel like ⭐aesthetic surveillance⭐ depending on the brand.

Okay ZZZ update: - New Agent acquired 🐙 - The new event is this Fortune Teller sim that reminds me of Papers Please. It's an excellent way to add some personality and insight into their stylish NPCs. - I am a bit behind on the main story, but the Spook Shack faction is so charming!
