something that brings me an incredible amount of joy is seeing POC built spaces intentionally, and with purpose. when I see small stores, POC-owned businesses fostering safe spaces. showcasing their culture in the building, and inviting others to share their talents in a venue... I love it sm ✨

i think the fact that in our industry events have to be vocal about including drink covers, tests, and sober monitors is a grim reminder about the type of behavior the industry enables. the fact that we need so many tools, and constantly surround ourselves with peers to be safe... what are we doing
