14th and Yukon is exactly the sort of housing this city needs: a rental apartment replacing a multi-million dollar house. This is how we fight displacement and create a more affordable city. Of course, it drew intense NIMBY opposition. Interesting to see who was absent for this tough vote, huh?

I did this interview at Yonge & St Clair, the reporter hoping he'd catch a gig worker bombing down the sidewalk. Instead a pickup truck was parked in the bike lane behind us, and for the entire conversation rider after rider was forced into traffic.
