I baked butter tarts tonight. I made a mistake in the recipe and used 1/3rd of the butter as I should have, but it was already in the oven when I realized. I attempted to fix this mistake by melting extra butter on top and then baking it again. 1/2

Alter count is up to 4 now. Mason came out a few days ago and he was the last one that appeared in my dreams. He’s the only non-female alter so far. Is a teenager/pre-teen. So far all of my alters have appeared in dreams before they appeared and fronted. Were a very dream coded system. 🌙

I participated in my first ever pride parade yesterday. Don’t have any photos but went with my girlfriend and we were with a local trans group that organizes social events. Which is actually how I met her. 🥰 1/2

I think I need therapy for C-PTSD. I’ve had a lifetime of sustained trauma that still has me in survival mode all the time. No major single devastating trauma but little bits over decades that never went away or was addressed has left my brain broken. 1/2
