BREAKING: We just filed a second lawsuit against Texas school districts that have posted or plan to display the Ten Commandments — despite a federal court’s ruling that S.B. 10 is a clear violation of the separation of church and state. Public schools are for educating, not evangelizing.

In response to our first lawsuit, the federal court held that the law’s provisions are “plainly unconstitutional” under the First Amendment. We’re back in court — with @aclu.org, @americansunited.bsky.social, @ffrf.org, and Simpson Thacher Bartlett LLP — to reaffirm that.
