This morning we witnessed a Baltimore Miracle… my friend locked their bike up last night but actually didnt lock it. Within ten minutes the bike was gone, of course. BUT! At 4am the same person who took it dropped it back off, lock and all. They just took it on an eight hour joy ride, I guess?
