AI being shoved down our throats everywhere is exhausting, but I believe it's genuinely a positive signal. Tech companies aren't doing this because it's successful technology that is making them money. They're doing it because it's not and they're not. This is an extinction burst, not real growth.

One thing I've been doing for my mental health is watching people (on YT) watch my fav movies for the 1st time. Watching a gaggle of dudes in their 20s discover My Neighbor Totoro, or your average (not screenwriter-brained) couple watch and discuss The Blair Witch Project is eye-opening &wholesome.

I know we've all got some writing superstitions. For example, I dont dare talk about a project in producer hands. If I do, even just to ask for good vibes or bask in a little win, the project crumbles (hence the contradiction with manifestation). What are your superstitions, #scriptsky?

I dont believe in manifestation (in a mystical sense or whatever), but my screenwriterly superstition directly interferes with the concept manifestation, which also piques my conspiracy brain. Logic is out the window lol

I'm in hell with this latest google security update that was force-pushed to every device I own. Having to re-log in to absolutely everything, dancing between users linked to each, with 6 different 15-character passwords I shuffle through, and nothing stays logged in— This feels so personal!
